Erected near the Lot Valley, the village of Campagnac brings together influences of causses and the Lot valley.
This can be remark roofs of these houses where two trends are mixed: architecture caussenarde vaulted or structured roof of the Lot Valley.


Description

  1. Borrow the D37 to Saint-Laurent-d'Olt on 300 m. At the Iron Cross, take the left path.It runs along the limestone cliffs of the Ancize (view over the ravine of Courtineaux and Lot valley picnic area).
  2. At the junction, follow the right path.It climbs to the house of painter (private property).After the high voltage line, the road descends into the wood.
  3. 100 m after the ruin of a vine house, turn left into the path that goes back on the shelf.At the top, continue the path in front of 100 m, then turn left.
  4. Just before the high voltage line, follow the path left for a few meters, then turn right on the small road lined with big boxwood.Enter the pine wood and then continue through the boxwood  until Campagnac.Cross the village center, then go down to join the gendarmerie.
