Description
- Set off from the Maladrerie sports grounds, then follow the banks of the Tarn as far as Creissels. After a narrow, uphill lane, pass under the archway to the lovely little square.
- Continue along the track to climb back up to the main road.
Take the small street opposite the post office, climb up and take the path on the right before the tunnel to come out onto the Brunas road. Carry on up this road on the left; it passes in front of the landing area. - On the straight stretch after the first right-hand hairpin bend, take the ‘Sentier du Facteur’ which climbs to the left. When you reach the Causse du Larzac, continue along the path on the right towards the paragliding area. Follow the road for 100 metres, then take the path opposite. Follow the cliff edge, then take a path on the right which descends towards a small pass. The path leads you to a spring, then descends through the woods.
- At the end of the track, head up to the left to pass under the motorway and reach the Causse. Follow the track for a good kilometre, then take a path on the left into the woods.
- At the foot of an old lime kiln, head down towards the Mayres farm. When you reach the farm, take the path on the right which leads to the edge of the road (RD 992); cross it via the ‘sheep’ underpass.
- Come out on the other side of the road and cycle on to Ségonac. Turn left between the houses and, at the bottom of this track, take the single track on the right. The path descends until it joins the green trail, which you follow to the right until the end to reach Millau.
