GR736® The Gorges and the Tarn Valley
The GR®736 starts in Villefort, at the foot of Mont Lozère, and follows the meandering course of the River Tarn, either along its banks or from the hillsides, as far as the episcopal city of Albi. Over more than 300 km, ranging from easy paths to more challenging sections, discover some magnificent sites: the narrows of the Gorges du Tarn, the Larzac plateau, the Raspes escarpments and the Ambialet loop.
