Follow gentle paths that reveal a lush, hidden side of Albi, accompanying the River Tarn as it flows beneath the arch of the Old Bridge, just below the red-brick cathedral

This route invites you to enter Albi at the River Tarn, which, after the Saut de Sabo, flows peacefully through the alluvial plain. A cycle path, a green corridor, a footbridge and a riverside walk are all gentle routes leading you to the Chapitre mill and the medieval bridge, just a short walk up some steps from the heart of the episcopal city
